I feel you on the Peloton guilt! I've been in an exercise slump myself lately, and it's tough to find the motivation to get back on track. It's great that you're still finding inspiration in the music, though. Sometimes just listening to a song that gets you pumped up can be enough to spark that little bit of 'Monday Moxie' we all need. Maybe we can start a virtual accountability group to help each other get back into our workout routines?
I rode almost daily for the better part of three years, but I generally prefer to walk outside whenever I can. Of course, it’s winter here, so my walks are limited to those I take with dogs. Even my horseback riding has been limited by the weather over the past few weeks. Plus, I’ve been sick. I’m very ready for spring - that’s when I’ll be able to get back into my usual routines. For now, I’m trying to cut myself some slack. Winter is hard. 😉
